HOA's annual meeting is scheduled for May 5th, 2026 at Monaghan Presbyterian Church. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm.

The South Mountain Estates Community will celebrate the beginning of Summer with our annual Yard Sale on May 23rd from 7am till ?. Rain date will be May 30th.
